No. They scan a QR code on boarding and enter their name — it opens straight in the phone's browser. No app store, no password, no account.
Isn't this hard for older travellers?
It's built for the 50+ traveller: large text, one scan to enter, simple screens. On our first live tour, 89% of guests used it and most opened it every day.
Which languages are supported?
The interface and the automatic audio guiding run in multiple languages — Hungarian, German and English to start, with more added on request.
Do we need special equipment?
Not for the app — it runs on the travellers' own phones. Neck-worn Tour Guide audio kits are available to rent alongside it, or on their own.
How long does setup take?
A branded environment with your logo and colours can be ready in under a day, and a tour can be copied from a template.
Is our travellers' data safe?
Data is stored on EU servers, guests join without accounts, and personal data is automatically deleted 30 days after each tour.
